Hardsoft321 LLC offers a perpetual license for the use of «app321» software with source code access.
Standard License
- Source code license
- Perpetual license to use the software with the right to modify the source code for the Licensee's own needs.
- Transfer of modified or original source code to third parties is prohibited.
- Price: 3,210,000 RUB (excluding VAT).
Custom Terms
Corporate clients may enter into an individual licensing agreement on special terms. The individual agreement may include:
- extended usage rights;
- maintenance, scaling, and integration;
- provision of the application as a cloud service (SaaS).

License Agreement (Summary)
1. Parties
This agreement is entered into between Hardsoft321 LLC (Rights Holder) and the Licensee.
2. Subject
The Rights Holder grants the Licensee a non-exclusive perpetual right to use «app321» software with source code access for the Licensee's own needs.
The Licensee may modify the source code for their own purposes. Transfer of the source code, whether original or modified, to third parties is prohibited without the Rights Holder's written consent.
3. Restrictions
- The software may not be used to create commercial derivative products without a separate written agreement.
- The Licensee is responsible for ensuring that the software is used in compliance with applicable laws, including personal data protection.
4. Price
The license fee is 3,210,000 RUB excluding VAT.
5. Other Terms
- The software is provided "as is" without maintenance or update obligations.
- All disputes shall be resolved in court at the Rights Holder's location.
- A separate individual agreement may be concluded by mutual consent, including provision of the application as a cloud service (SaaS).
